Subject display board display is dim and the temperature display is hardly readable.
I just assume the problem is with the display board and not the power supply on the relay board. Hope someone has seen this before, thanks in advance.

I am experiencing the same problem with my Jenn-Air oven. Has anyone been able to fix this problem by replacing the control panel display module?

Yes have seen lots of posts on this.
It is the display/control board 99% of the time.

Am not sure which one is the culprit but it seams one of the electrolytic capacitors on the board no longer holds the correct charge to supply the display. Probably the capacitor (electrolyte) just dries up.
Can fix it by replacing all the capacitors on the board but I am sure there will be info on the net as to which cap it is. They should be cheap.

I agree with denman on this. You very likely have an electrolytic
cap keeping the VFD from coming up properly. However if you
are going to attempt a repair don't just replace one cap, replace
them all. There are at the most 6 on the whole board. Next do not
buy the caps from some place like RadioShack. They are low
quality and the wrong temp rating anyway at 85C. Make sure that the
caps you use are rated for 105C. If you are not sure where to go
to get them just post the capacitance and voltage rating and I will
steer you to some place that has them.

Thanks guys, will keep info for the next job, I allready bought the board and I am sure this info will help others! A good clue on this was the difference in temp and clock displays, not compatible assuming a single power supply.
Will measure C3 capacitor with my meter and verify capacitance value.
