the freezer was making a sorta buzzing sound so i took off all the frost and now the freezer works great but the fridge is super warm... what can i do to cool down the fride???

Cannot find any ifo on this unit.

What type of unit is this re: side by side, freezer on top etc.?
Is the evaporator fan running?
Did you locate what was causing the buzzing?
How long have you waited for the fresh food section to cool?
Are you getting any cold air out of the vent that connects the freezer to the fresh food section?

If the coils were heavily iced/frosted up, you may have a defrost problem.
