My Kitchen-aid washer started to make loud noises and now my clothes are just wrapping around the agitator. We saw that the dogs needed replaced. We replaced those but this did not fix the problem. We checked the washer with a level and leveled it better and that did not work either. Do you think this is a big problem and we should just buy another washer, or it this possible fixable?

It is almost impossible for us to diagnose noises in an internet Forum because the way we do that is to listen to the type of noise and determine the area of the machine that the noise is coming from.
If you want more info, pleas post your model number and see if you can describe the noise and tell us what part of the machine it is coming from, and whether or not it is all the time or just on spin.
That being said, buying a no frills top loader may be a better use of your funds.

Thank you for your response. The Washer is a Kitchen Aid Prestige Easy Clean Selectra; Model # KAW5677EQ0. The noise happens when the the wash cycle is on. It seems the noise is coming from when the agitator is suppose to be moving the clothes throughout the washer. But instead my clothes are just going around and around in circles in the washer. The noise does not happen when it is just in spin cycle. The noise is like a banging sound. The washer actually moves around slightly when it is making this banging noise. Thanks for your help!

I cannot get your model number to come up, but assuming this is a direct drive top loading washer it sounds like your problem is in the brake mechanism. The noise you hear may be the brakes not working correctly. A good way to test this is to see if the machine stops correctly when you raise the lid when it is spinning.
Take a look at the Sticky at the top of the Washer Forum page by Richappy. It is very good in describing how to check things, or you may wish to just purchase a new brake tube and install it. Either way his info will tell you how to do things.
You may decide that replacing is the better option, in which case I suggest and recommend another direct drive top loading machine.
Good luck.
