I am going to have to suggest that you visit and local appliance repair parts store and discuss the problem with them. Sorry not to be able to help. Good luck.

If not, tell us where it is different, for example, is your washer section a front loader instead of a top loader? http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/488_3.pdf Let us know what you find out.
