Hi Dorothea
Your model number does not come up, and what you posted does not look like a model number. Can you check it and see if you can post the correct one.
Thanks

WLC-240/WLC 241 is what is printed as the model # on the brochure that came with the machine.

Boy I am sorry but I just cannot find anything under that model number. Is this a U. S. product?
I am going to have to suggest that you visit and local appliance repair parts store and discuss the problem with them.
Sorry not to be able to help. Good luck.

This is a White Westinhouse Spacemate, drier on top of washer combo. I also have had no luck with this model #. I have seen pictures of the machine but no schematic of how to repair the aggitator.

Hi Dorothea Again Take a look at this service manual and see if it fits your machine. If not, tell us where it is different, for example, is your washer section a front loader instead of a top loader? http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/488_3.pdfLet us know what you find out.

This link looks great I'm sure this is the same as mine. I am looking at the aggitator and it looks like it is shaft driven. How dow I get the aggitator out?

Under the cap is a 1/2" bolt. Take it out and the agitator will lift out.
You can see photos of this and other tasks in the back section of the manual you now have.
Good luck.
