Dryer takes way to long to dry, i have checked the vent and it is clear. I opened the door and started it up and noticed the heating eleament starts and gets red hot for about 15/20 sec. and goes out and does not go on again for a very long time. Any input would greatly be appreciated. thanks Confused.  :(
