Hi, I'm looking for shelf parts for my Kenmore refrigerator but can't find diagrams to point to the exact part, nor my refrigerator listed on your site.
I need the plastic pieces that hold the glass shelf onto the metal support bracket, as well as the center and left tracks for the Vegetable/crisp drawers. I would appreciate it of someone can give me the exact part#, or a compatible part # from a different Kenmore model perhaps. Thank you!

Can you verify the last two digits in the model number and repost it?

This model number does not come up. The closest I found are 363.9611711 or 363.9611716. I'm afraid the part numbers could be different.

sounds close enough....I'll take that suggestion if I have no other options. However, I saw some parts listed for my model on a different appliance website ************************.com, but couldn't pinpoint exactly which parts would work to fix the glass shelf on the metal support bracket.....

Where did you look for the model number? It suppose to be on the name plate inside the refrigerator. Model number locator. Gene.
