On my GE dryer, it specifies a 3-wire 120/208 or 120/240 Volt power cord. Can I use a 3-wire 125/250 Volt power cord which is commonly sold in local retailers for GE dryers?

Should not be a problem, just make sure the plug is compatible with your outlet and that you have the dryer ground wire connected to the neutral post on the connection block.
