Dryer was running fine last night. This morning I truned the know to start it and it sounds like it wants to start but can't. Just like a car battery sounds.

does tumbler turn by hand , could be some small garment caught in the blower ?

I fixed it, It was the thermal limiter fuse.

How would i know if i need to change the motor or fuse?
Edit: I'm pretty sure it's the motor I need to change. I hear a humming noise when I start-up and then shuts off.
