Hi,dryer not starting, the vent tube was temporarily blocked with rag,for renovation, and low and behold, dryer put back into service, not working after short time.Fixed a similar model before,I think it's a thermostat issue,a schematic of the Thermostats and a method to jump the wires, just to ensure the main motor still works. Also,is this model part of an updated recall a few years ago?,as I'm aware that some you need to order a new element with 2 of the thermostats coming as a unit?I just need some guidance in regards to the location and testing of "Said" thermostats,to see if it is the issue.Any assistance you can give,is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....Justin.

I'd start with checking the thermal fuse. If it's open it will stop it from starting. It's located on the blower assembly. It's the only thermo that will stop it from actually starting. Below is a pic of the thermal along with a link to a diagnostic sheet.
