Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/7/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		My parents have a LG gas dryer, recently it started making noise every time it runs. It turns out that the metal drum has a 1.5 to 2 inch tear. I am trying to find out if there were any recalls on the above mentioned dryer from LG due to this issue. If there was a recall please give me more information. If not, please help me find a dealer who can fix it. I reside in the Philadelphia area. Thank you in advance.

As far as a repair tech is concerned, there should be any number of LG authorized repair companies in your area. Just make sure they are LG factory authorized/trained techs.
