There is no heat for all settings, auto or manual, regular or denim. The exhaust air flow is strong, but cold. Thanks Stevejac

Sorry Steve but this is not a brand that I think we are qualified to comment on.

Try several other Forums and see if you can get some help.

Good luck.

Stevejac - Could be easy fix. I have same model. The easy way is to get help, lift the front of the dryer high enough to get your hand up under the front of the dryer, and feel for a hi -temp re-set button inside the front panel area (BE CAREFUL, lot's of sharp edges so use caution or you'll slice your hand...BAD). On the right side of the dryer on the inside where you can get your hand in, feel around and you should find a hi-temp reset button that's faces out towrds the front horizontally (not a big button). Press that button and you'll hear a slight "click". That will re-set the hi-temp control. While you're at it, remove the lint collector on the inside of the drum and clean really well around the wiring. Lint tends to build up inside this and it should be cleaned regularly. If you want to be safer and not risk a cut to the hand, lift the dryer lid and remove the two white rubber/plastic screw caps at the front edges. Remove the two screws at the front of the lid. The lid should then just lift up and back (be careful to handle carefully so as not to break lid plastic in process). Then you should see two red clips at each side of the front metal front panels. Pop those and then lift the front panel from the machines "feet" at the front (AGAIN, careful as the rough metal edges are sharp and there is a ground wire attached to the front. Best to get someone to hold that front panel so you don't have to add extra steps to re-attach the ground wire). From here, you'll easily see the hi-temp reset button, press it, listen for the "click" and then put everything back together in reverse order.

In the end, you'll need to watch it as there could be issues with the heating element which is known to burn out over time.

Again, I'm not an expert. Just another owner of the same unit who had the same problem and fixed it with with a little help from the web :-)

Good Luck

J

JohnnyB12's description got it right on the money.

In my opinion, taking the front panel off is the way to go. Take the extra step and disconnect the ground wire so you can completely remove the front panel. Not only does it allow easy access to the reset button, but also allows you to vacuum all of the lint that accumulated inside. And was there a bunch of it. Just remember to reattach the ground wire before reattaching the front panel.

Thanks JohnnyB12!!!

I had the same problem. I think mine has a different model number, its a "Smartload" . But I found a small round re-set button at the place you described, and in a matter of minutes, problem solved!!
