Washing machine makes noise whenever the agitator is moving. Has also at time left clothes wetter than normal after complete cycle. Unbalanced load is NOT the problem. I've determined that the noise is not during spin but during agitation. Do you recommend checking the coupler for that as well? My husband and I are going to have to pull this out of the laundry closet (no easy feat) so I'm trying to get an idea of what to look for before we get it out and start shooting blindly. Thanks.
