I have a gas Whirlpool dryer model LGR5636LQ0. When it is first turned on in automatic dry, it turns over , the pilot light glows, the gas comes on ignites and the dryer gets warm, but only for a while then soon starts blowing cold air only. The dryer spins the entire time.

The dryer spins the entire time. You'll need to observe the unit while it's running to see if the ignitor comes back on, yet produces no flame. If that's the case you're probably looking at bad coils on the gas valve. See below. Part number: AP3094251

Using a putty knife a couple inches in from the corners you should find some spring clips that when pushed on they will release the top. Should be a couple of screws going into the front panel up near the top on each side. Should be a couple at the bottom of the front also. That should get you inside. I got it and replaced coils. Thank you. I took the drum out...is there a schematic that shows how the belt is applied?
