GE will not make their technical data/info available to anyone except GE technicians and owners.

If you open up the console you should find a tech sheet with troubleshooting info and info about the error codes.

Sorry, this is about all I can do for you, maybe someone else on the Forum will have more info.

Sorry about that, GE seems to think their appliance specs are akin to national secrets.

Unless you can get some info from GE I am afraid a GE service tech will have to visit you.
