Refrigerator will not cool or freeze

Can you be more specific on the problem?
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

Gene. Maybe the model number is S15. I couldn't see it real well. The fridge is in a mobile home that I have rented. We turned the electricity off for a few days until we rented it again, and when we turned it back on, the fridge would not cool ot freeze.

Does it run? Does it make any noise? Check the power at the wall outlet? Check the inside switch (if there are any) and make sure you did turn the thermostat "on".
Try to find the name plate with the complete model number.
