It is a Badger disposal. I do not feel anything in the disposal and I don't believe it is jammed because when I turn it on it starts grinding with a really loud clanging. Sounds like a blade has come loose and is tossing around in there. Suggestions?

Pull the garbage disposer out and inspect the blades. If it came loose - it is not repairable.
