I changed the 2 pieces of the Thermal cut-off once almost 3 months ago. Should I expect other pieces causing the same problem again or should I exchange the current pieces?

Clean out the vent area completely, and examine the blower to make sure it is functioning correctly. Pay particular attention to cleaning the blower/fan area. If this does not fix it, change out the cycling thermostat. If you need more info please post a full model number.
