The dryer make constant beep while I am trying to use the it. The dryer is also very very hot. I changed the 2 pieces of the Thermal cut-off once almost 3 months ago. Should I expect other pieces causing the same problem again or should I exchange the current pieces?

If your dryer is running too hot the problem is either with the venting system or the cycling thermostat.
Clean out the vent area completely, and examine the blower to make sure it is functioning correctly. Pay particular attention to cleaning the blower/fan area.
If this does not fix it, change out the cycling thermostat. If you need more info please post a full model number.

Thanks but we need the model number. Check out what was suggested earlier, and you should also check to see if the element is grounded.

I checked. The fan or blower is not running while the dryer is on. I saw red color heat at the bottom of the heather area. Should I change the fan?

Yes, that is the problem. If you cannot fix it you need to replace it.

How do I fix it if it is not functioning? Should I change the fan or should I need to change other connections to the fun area?

I think given your situation I would advise you to have a service tech visit and make the repair.
