Do I have to remove the dryer on top of the washer to get at it? If so, how do I do it? Valve is located in the upper right of cabinet, behind the washer tub.

The water value could be easily replaced. Only problem was with the mounting screws. Had to insert and turn screws with vice grips before they could be tightened down. Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.
