Serial number: 503KM00176. Looking for a service manual/schematic for this oven, to diagnose why my microwave crapped out during cooking some weenies in a blanket. (Luckily finished cooking them in the gas range.) Anyway, I checked the outlet to the microwave, there is power to there. So I got the top grille out (three screws), but I need to know where the fuse is, where the other items are so I can check them out with my multi-meter. Hoping this is a fuse issue! Cannot find this model's manual here. Help, please! Nick.

Hi Nick,

The model number you posted is incomplete. It suppose to be four more digits.

An envelope with the technical documentation should be behind the top panel or inside the control panel.

Gene.

You are correct, Sir! Last four are 3301, for a complete model number of 36363693301. I removed the one screw holding the switch pad down, and found the technical data sheet glued to the side of the unit, and a mess of plugs and wires. Is this where the fuse lives? Thanks! Nick.

Yes Nick,

In most cases this is the fuse home.

Great. Now to start poking around in there... Do we have a diagram page available here? I can see a parts list, 363.63693301

but no diagram. Thanks again, Gene.

Found the fuse, it's on a board in the upper cavity area behind a grill, not behind the control pad like I thought. Bad news is that there is continuity through the fuse, which means that the problem is in something else. Now I have to figure out which of the other items blew out. I will be doing some research next on the thermal switches, I guess. Appreciate anyone else's thoughts, Gene, everyone... Nick.

Hi Nick,

If you can post the wiring diagram, it might help.

Gene.

Gene, Here's the wiring diagram from the papers inside the oven, resized to fit the 800x600 attachement rule (tiny!). And, where do I find the key assocaited with the part numbers listed in the Diagrams 1-5 you posted? Thanks for all your help thus far! Nick.
