hi my freezer are working fine but the refrigerator do not cool

What exactly is the temperature in the freezer?

Does the fan in the freezer work?

Can you feel cold air blowing from the freezer into the fresh food compartment?

temperature in the freezer - is 32 and set on 2

fan in the freezer work - yes

cold air blowing from the freezer into the fresh food compartment - very lightly - temperatur in fresh food compartment is 53 and set on 2.

The reason why I have the two controls set on 2 is because all the food from the fresh food compartment is in the freezer so that it will not spoil i.e. butter, milk, eggs, cheeses, and veggies.

Pull the refrigerator out of the wall, remove the cover on the back and check how the compressor and the fan motor next to it are working. Make sure the condenser is clean. Post the results.
