I have a leak in the coil on the freezer on my 3.0 cu/ft fridge. Is there any way I can fix the leak or get a replacement freezer coil.

The most common procedure is to replace the entire coil. If you feel you can effectively solder the aluminum, it can only cost you the time, and a couple charges of refrigerant, to see if you're successful.
