The drum turns, the air is moving through the vent hose, but not as well as I think it should, despite having cleaned out the vent pathways. The heating element comes on, but nothing dries. Help!!!

If it is then clean out the inside of the vent system from the inside vent through the blower to the outside. If you dryer is tumbling, heating and blowing correctly your clothes must dry!
