dishwasher will not power on no lights or response from touch buttons,checked power at the splice box on the botton of the dish washer 120vac present,checked door switsche both micri switches have continuity.checked the thermal fuse disconnected from leads it also has continuity.checked voltag across leads that connect to thermal fuse 118vac present. ??? what am i missing what could be keeping this washer from working ? thanks

Most likely the problem is a bad key panel which is a part of the console but there is a small chance for the control board to be bad as well. I would replace the console first. If you need the correct part number then post the color of the console.

thank you for your reply,it is black.a little more background,up until the failure, the machine worked ok just would not completley drain upon completion of all cycles.no problem i would just hit cancel and then hit drain to complete the draining.thursday night i did a load of dishes,got up the next morning and for got to cancel and redrain.when i got home later that night nothing would work.

I would check the drain line including the air gap on top of the sink.
