have had this problem for a few weeks noww notice first frig. stops keeping food cold enough but slightly cool freezer starts making ice cream soft frozen meat and solids stay frozen turn off frig. see water on floor re-start in 15-20 hours works like brand new for a week then problem starts all over again thank you

Remove the cover over the motherboard in the back of the fridg, remove the motherboard (has 4 white plastic retainers) and check the bottom of the pc board, the power relay tends to unsolder itself. If so, just resolder with rosin core solder.
If ok, you will need a meter to check things, you may have problems with thermistors, or an intermittant condensing fan. Post results.

took panal off in freezer coils are frozen heater bulb is black is it true if black at all its bad ????

If you have no meter to test things, I would just defrost the coils with a hair dryer and call for service on it. It will keep food cool till it's serviced.
