Refrigerator will not dispense ice. Water dispenser works fine. Light dims when you try to get ice. I have replaced the control panel and same problem exists. Any recommendations? Could it be the ice maker?

This is different from what I see a lot. Usually if you try to use the dispenser at all (water or ice) the lights will dim. The main board causes this. What board did you replace? Main board or dispenser board Refrigerator repair guide

I replaced the dispenser board. This didn't change anything. Ice still will not dispense, but water works fine.

The main board is bad, replace it.
