My dryer runs, but no heat emits therefore taking it very long to dry the clothes. Assuming it's the heating element or thermostat, what's a reasonable price to expect to pay for it to get repaired?
Many thanks to those who respond!

Repair costs are going to be a function of whom you call, where you live, and what the diagnosis is. A competent repairman should be able to correctly diagnose the problem within minuses of showing up; You should call several repair companies and ask what their trip/diagnosis charge is. If you have a trust issue, you can also ask for references. A reputable company will gladly provide you with this information.
