The freezer is working. The refridgerator is too warm. We emptied the unit took off the back panel in the freezer and inspected. There was no frost build up. We ran the diagnostics that came with the unit. The first test was the defrost unit. It is functioning. The next test was the air baffle/diffuser. The louvers can be opened manually. The lovers close when you turn off the refridgerator using the temp controls. They DO NOT reopen when the refridgerator is turned to coldest. Do I need to replace the diffuser itself or the front control panel?

I would pull the service data sheet and check your refrigerator cold control, the one on the right and see if any setting of it will control the diffuser door. If not, you either have a bad diffuser motor, or a bad cold control. Diffuser AP3046080, control AP3040022
