I had a coffee cup fall on my glass cooktop and shatter it. :( . First question is, can I use it broken?
Second question. If I need to replace it how hard is it to do myself? (O.K. I will probably start the project and then have my husband finish it :D )

Dear jennifer, It may not be a good idea to use the burners that have the crack glass above it. Just in case any liquid gets inside and cause shock or further damage costing you more money. For removal of the top on most you have to start by remove the screws that are going upward along the front. Click here for the part- AP375684

Thanks for the response. I am having trouble finding a manual or instructions for this replacement. Do you have any suggestions?
