Hi Mommy Sounds like your water valves have failed, here is the replacement part, but check to make sure the water level pressure tube is clear first and the inlet screens on the valves are not blocked. Part number: AP4026239
If you want to check it out before you replace it, you can test it to see if 120 volts are getting to it when it is supposed to be open. Another way to check it out is to take off the water hose and fill the tub from that hose while it is suppose to be filling. If the machine starts after the correct water level is reached, the valves need to be replaced. If it is not the valves the water level pressure switch or timer may be suspect. Good luck, let us know if you need more info.
