I have had 4 Sears technicians tell me that there is nothing wrong with my machine. My dishes turn out gritty even if I put clean ones in and run it. I have been advised to try new detergent (did this x 4), was told to use rinse aid even though it has worked perfectly w/o one for 3 years. I was also told that our water is too hard. The water has not changed since we got the dw. We also have cleaned it monthly with vinegar.
It appears that the top spray arm doesn't really rotate. I am not sure why. The technicians refuse to try to replace or fix this.
The dishwasher is unusable. Through my useless warranty the service of 129. X4 is covered but they are doing nothing.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
