When I turn the stove on, it shows that the temperature is increasing, however, it takes a long time for it to come on. Sometimes after some period of time, there will be a bomb and you can hear the gas come on. Do I need a new electric ignition or is a line plugged?

Oven / broiler igniter kit, flat style - By Maytag. This igniter replaces all flat oven igniters. Does not replace round igniters or igniters with blue ceramic. Fits Magic Chef, Jenn Air, GE, Maytag, Tappan. Includes all necessary pieces to replace longer ceramics. 3-3/4" long. Caution: the grey coil is very fragile, handle with care.
