If your machine is a front loader, you can take off the bottom front panel and you should find tech notes for trouble shooting.

If you need more info please post the full model number and what, if anything you learned from the troubleshooting.

Thanks

I did remove the lower panel and I don't see any tech note .I also clean the water pump.
Again it is the Kenmore Elite He5t washer, model# 110.47791700

Ok, take off the top and see if the tech notes are in there. They really should be inside the lower panel though.

Can you tell us exactly what happens and when. Your first post stated it happend in "water circle". Do you mean wash cycle, or exactly when.

Also, are you able to power down the machine, let it rest and then start it up again, with the same thing happening?

The F15 error is your motor control unit, but that is an expensive part so lets see if we can learn anything more

OK !!! This is what I foud.
If you have a bad pressure switch this SUD and F35 will show up. It will cost you $99 for the part .Plus what ever the technictian charge.
The real problem is ,Almost every Kenmore(made by Whirpool) and whirpool washer has this problem. So I wonder the manufacture did any thing with this or it's just anotherway for them to make money.Because $99 + Service charge is not cheap.

Well, sorry this happened but what you are experiencing is what those of us who work on these things know. The front loaders ( all brands) are great machines when they work, but they are prone to breakdown, are expensive to diagnose and repair and represent technology that really has not been perfected.

If it is any consolation this is one of the less expensive repairs that you could have.

Good luck in the future with your machine
