The pilot lights just fine but it is not igniting the oven's gas jets. There is a slight odor of gas, but not significant. I'm sure this is simple, but I'm about as handy as a goat trying to use a wrench. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

What is the complete model number of the oven?
