I Installed A New Sink For My Daughter. I Changed It From A Bottom Mount To A Rim Mount Sink And The Air Gap Is Leaking Water. Should This Be Leaking Water???? Or Is The Air Gap Defective???

Did you replace the garbage disposer at the same time?

If water shoots out of the air gap then some thing is wrong with the hose from the air gap into the g/d.
