the power comes on to the washer, but it will not do anything. error code E20 shows in the control panel.

Hi Mkvbudd
If you will take off the bottom panel you should find a tech sheet that will tell what the code means and how to troubleshoot the machine.

Good luck thanks for your reply. it was very helpful and my washer is now working again. the trap in the washer was jammed with dog hair etc and the water could not drain out.
