Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/15/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		when i push my button to start my gas dryer, the dryer makes a 'buzzing' sound and the the drum never moves. up until the other day, i could push the button and u would hear the buzzing sound but the drum would slow start to turn and finally go ahead a start working. it would run for approximately 15-20 minutes and stop. when i push the start button to long without the drum turning, i smell a 'burnt' smell. HELP!:)

It sounds very much like your motor will have to be replaced (I think this is the third and counting time I have said this on the Forum today).
