Hi Locba

If your dryer is less than one year old it should still be under manufacturer's warranty.

Contact Frigidaire or the store you purchased it for warrnty service.

Good luck,

Hi Locba

Ok, I am guessing you have installed this unit in a rental apartment or house.

You need to check that 240 volts (120 on each side of the connection block) are getting to the machine, then check the thermostats and thermal cut offs.

What you really need, though, is the service manual to show you how to do this and for the future (that's the nature of rental units), so here it is.

Good luck, let us know if you need more info.
