Hello
this is a great forum. I have a similar problem with my GE model #PSC23NGNACC , but everything on the frig side is freezing and the temp. doesn't stay as set. Where should I start?

Most likely the problem is a bad damper control (#420 on the diagram). It comes as a part of the assembly with the installation instructions.

Hi
thanks for the info. Is the damper controll part#420 on the diagram located inside part # 458? Also my ice maker and water dispenser stopped working. I haven't replaced the water filter in about four years ,is that the problem with the ice and water dispenser ,or will a new damper controll also fix this problem?
