whre is the Refidgerator drain hole for creda 86610 model located as freezer is leaking water outside onto the floor and not cooling food in the freezer and other compartments of the fridge working fine much appreciated if someone can tell me where to look, looked at the back no water in the drain pan can you exactly pinpoint what i need to do please?

The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the lower back of the freezer(inside freezer) behind the back cover. You may can see it without removing the back cover.

I don't think the drain is related to the cooling problem. It may be a defrost problem although the drain problem is related to a working defrost. Check the coils for icing. observe the frost pattern. Light frost everywhere(NORMAL) or a partial pattern of ice(LOW ON FREON) or nothing(LOW FREON OR COMPRESSOR PROBLEM). Totally blocked with ice(defrost Problem)
