Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/12/2009(UTC) Posts: 3		Well, I started pulling the dryer apart and checking things. I found the thermal fuse is bad, it has no continuity. Is this my problem, will it cause no heat and the timer not to work? Allen

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/29/2009(UTC) Posts: 11,699		That is the problem, but make sure it is the only problem. As long as you have it open check the other thermostats and clean out the venting system thoroughly. This will keep your new fuse from blowing. Good luck.
