I am smelling something burning (electrical/rubber??). The water is at the very top of the tub. Not pumping out at all. I don't know about spinning, etc. I just unplugged it and came searching for help. Please help:confused:

:) Thanks for responding, Gene, but I have resolved my washer problem. I looked around your site and decided I could check a few things myself while I was waiting to hear back from someone.

The problem was a frozen hose coming out of the back of the washer. It was 14 degrees here last night and my washer is in a room that doesn't have a lot of insulation. I cleaned the hose and hooked it back up and everythings works fine. I am also taking some steps to make sure this doesn't happen in the future.

I'm glad you were able to fix it.
