Looks like the ignition module is broken, there is no "tick-tick-tick" when the knob is in the correct position. Any suggestions on a replacement since I have been unable to find one? TIA.

The module is a Harper-Wyman Kool Lite Model 6544G1003A.

It is a spark module with the two input and four output terminals.

A model# of your range is what's needed to find the part for you, it is too hard to find parts based on a manufacturers part#. If this is a free standing range, the model# will be on the left front frame when you open the bottom drawer, if a cooktop its underneath.

Those are only parts of 3 different model numbers (JGP326AEV... JGP326BEV... and JGP326WEV...). I guess you didn't get it right off the appliance's model and serial number identification tag?

You can find tips for locating the model and serial number identification tag on your appliances at the following link:

LINK > Model Number Tag Location Guide

I looked up the spark module for model JGP326AEV1AA which can be seen at the following link:

LINK > GE JGP326AEV1AA Spark Module

Maybe you can tell from the picture if it looks like yours or not? Otherwise please post the exact model number as found on the appliance's model and serial number tag.

I have similar problem with my GE stove top for the same model. None of my four knobs are ticking. Were you able to solve the problem? do i need to replace the spark module or ingniters?
