My refrigerator had caugt fire. It looks like the relay on the conpressor had burned. The service guy took a look and took me the PTC overloaded and wire harness caughted on fire. Unit not repairable and not covered under manufacture warranty. I took a close look at the burned area, to me, looks like the relay had over heated and caught fire. It melted the plastic on the 2 wire running to the compressor. I measured the wires, there was 120 V. I need an opinion on how to proceed. Should I go after the maufacture for repair?

Do you have a multi-meter? Can you do some electrical checks on the compressor? If you don't think you can, it may be worthwhile to call a different repairman to do the checking for you. Anything can be repaired...it's just a matter of your informed decision to spend the money.

The pins are burn off, only 1 pin left on compressor. I know it probably fixable, but should this be cover under manufacture warranty? Frigerator still running, just not cold due to compressor.

Time for a new compressor. This is probably the most expensive repair on a refrigerator. You'll have to determine the value of this against replacing the whole refrigerator.

Do I need the exact manufacture compressors or can I purchase one with same specification? Beside recharging freon, replacing it looks very simple.

Your model didn't come up in the parts search. What you'll need todo is supply the information from the nameplate tag on the compressor. Specifically, we need to know the type of refrigerant and the capacity (usually given in ounces).
