Oven & Broiler does not heat up. Top burners ignite & work fine. Warming drawer works fine. Took bottom panel of oven off and turned on oven...........the ignitor does not get hot. Your thoughts.

if the broiler or the bake ignitor does not come on, you will have to replace the clock control board. tom
