After we moved to the new location, and we plug it in was running but is not cold both fr - refr. what is seem to be the problem?

In what position it was when you moved it?

Verify the model number and repost it.

Maytag Refr./fr. Model # Et 18ak. When We Moved It Was Lay Down On The Floor.

Oh my, you must not plug in the fridge till the compressor oil runs out if the capillary line. Usually must leave upright for a few hours before plugging it in!
This will be a routine repair for a refrigeration guy, but a little pricey.
