The belt broke so I replaced the belt, pump and idler pulley. I think I have the belt on correctly around motor pulley, around the idler and around the agitator pulley. The belt is to loose to spin the drum. The drum pulley moves manually. The pulley on the motor spins but the belt does not. Have I installed the belt incorrectly or is there something else wrong? Where can I get a free schematic to check on the belt installation?

You have the belt on incorrectly. There is only one way it will go on without hitting the pump supports and with the idler pulley putting proper tension on the belt.
