When wash is done the hot water won't shut off.
It keeps filling and pumping until hot water valve is shut off.
Washer runs fine when hot water is not in use.
Any help will be appreciated.

Well, I have not worked on a Bosch and doesn't seem like many on this Forum who reply have also, but your problem sounds like a classic failure of the inlet valves.

Replace them and you should be fine.
