Hey guys, my ice maker has always worked great and fast but it is all of a sudden taking forever for the ice to freeze and drop and when it fills the tray up with water it puts in more than needed so it runs over into my box and accumulates to quite a bit. I have taken it out and messed with it but did not help. I have it out right now...any suggestions? Thanks alot

You probably have problems with your freezer temperature, it must be below 15 degrees for the icemaker to work properly.

Check for a clogged condenser or just problems with refrigeration, yes, if the icemaker draggs during fill time it will dump water in for longer than the standard 9 seconds.
