Left on vacation my son left the refrigerator door open when we got back both freezer and refrigerator were hot.
Fan is still working, manual says to reset with on/off button but didn't do it
please help no suggestion to small

Cut it off to let it cool if needed. Check to see if the condenser fan at the back underneath the fridge is running.
Is the compressor motor near that fan running.
Are the condenser coils near there warm or room temp.
