remove old destroyed cooktop and install new cooktop. How is this done? Is this electrical? Please advise.

Please advise as to what is involved in replacing ceramic cooktop on range.

Raise the old top, removed the elements and brackets, etc. from it then install new top and transfer the elements, etc. to it.

I'm afraid I don't know where you'll find step by step instructions. You could check with Frigidaire to see if there is a service manual available for your model.
